What You'll Do:

• Deliver exceptional physical therapy services to SNF residents, focusing on rehabilitation and improving their quality of life.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

• Educate patients and their families on effective therapy techniques.

Requirements:

• Active PT license in California.
• Previous experience in SNF or geriatric care is strongly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
