Shift: Days (Tuesday - Saturday)
Pay Rate: $65 - $68 per hour (W2)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to residents in a SNF setting.
• Assess, plan, and implement rehabilitation programs to enhance patients' daily living skills and independence.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment.

Requirements:

• Current and valid Occupational Therapist license in California.
