Job Description

Position: Physical Therapist (PT) SNF
Duration: 13 weeks
Location: Modesto, CA
Pay scale: $60-$65/hr. on W2
Shift: Flexible

Responsibilities:

• Conducting patient assessments, diagnosing physical impairments, and developing tailored treatment plans.
• Collaborating with family members, physicians, rehabilitation specialists, and other healthcare professionals to design comprehensive rehabilitation programs.
• Integrating traditional physical therapy techniques with cutting-edge approaches for optimal patient recovery.
• Providing guidance and support to patients and their families throughout the rehabilitation process.
• Documenting thorough progress notes and adjusting treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations.
• Motivating and assisting patients in overcoming physical challenges, fostering a positive rehabilitation environment.
• Managing patient records and updating medical documentation with attention to detail.
• Staying current with advancements in physical therapy and related medical fields.

Requirements:

• Doctorate or master's degree in physical therapy or equivalent.
• Specialized experience with specific patient populations or conditions may be necessary.
• Possession of a valid physical therapy license and relevant certifications.
