Key Responsibilities:

• Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans and providing quality care to patients.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising therapist.

• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress.

Qualifications:

• Current California PTA license.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
